Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. For Cash on Delivery orders, processing begins immediately upon order confirmation. We use Aramex as our standard shipping provider, with delivery times of 1 to 3 business days across Lebanon depending on your location (usually 24–48 hours). Free in-store pickup is also available at our Tripoli branch during regular business hours.

Please note: Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday morning.

Shipping Fees

A flat $5 shipping fee applies to orders under $50. Orders of $50 and above qualify for free shipping. We recommend combining items into a single order, as separate orders cannot be merged and may incur individual shipping charges.

Packaging & Tracking

All packages are securely packed with extra protection for fragile electronics, laptops, and PC components. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
