Return Eligibility & Timeframe

To protect our inventory, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. All sales are final. Returns are strictly limited to defective products or items that arrive with a mechanical hardware malfunction.

  • Defect Reporting Window: Customers must formally report any dead-on-arrival (DOA) hardware issues or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of order delivery or in-store pickup.
  • Condition Requirement: The item must be returned with its complete original retail box, factory internal packing materials, serial number stickers intact, and all included power adapters or documentation.
  • Exclusions: Software licenses, activated operating systems, and items showing physical drop damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized opening are completely excluded from return processing.
